LEAP Services is a Kentucky-based Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) serving adults living with severe mental illness. The organization provides skill-building, peer support, and community-based mental health services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to promote growth, healing, empowerment, and quality of life.
